  1. Reservation Timing: Bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance for guaranteed seating.

  2. Payment Options: When departing from Orlando, payments can be made in cash or with a credit/debit card. Other locations accept cash only.

  3. Reservation Changes/Cancellations: If you no longer wish to travel, kindly contact us to cancel your reservation.

  4. Unpaid Reservations: Reservations without payment are not guaranteed.

 

Check-in Policies

Before your journey, note the following check-in guidelines to avoid any inconveniences:

  1. Check-In Time vs. Departure Time: Departure times listed are not check-in times. Be checked-in, with luggage stored and seated, before departure.

  2. Required Documents: Passengers with credit card bookings must present valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in.

  3. Child Travelers: Children over 15 traveling alone must provide valid ID or a birth certificate to validate their age.

  4. Check-In Procedures: Check-in times vary based on departure location; please ensure you are aware of specific details.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  1. Cancellation Timeframe: No changes, cancellations, or refunds within 24 hours of departure time.

  2. Missed Trips: Missed or unused trips are non-refundable; request cancellations ahead to avoid inconvenience.

  3. Changes Accepted: Changes are permitted when requested at least 24 hours before departure.

  4. Credit Use: Any credits left on file must be used within 30 days from the initial departure date.

  5. Refund Fee: A $2 fee per passenger per one-way trip will be charged for refund requests.
